1. Assassin droids. You see them every once in a while as bounty hunter trainers. They look sweet and would be a very deadly combat droid. They would be popular and make DE's rich lol.

2. Droidekas. Along the same lines as the assassin droids, but with it's own shield generator. Another powerful combat droid that would be popular.

3. Make the R series of droids required for npc and pc factional bases required. Have them hack a terminal to gain access to the base. (Does a profession do this already?)

That's pretty much all I can think of now.
