There is one in Kaadara, next to the spaceport. as soon as you come out the spaceport doors, head directly to the right and there he is.

I used the one in Dearic on Talus. It's in the Guild Hall next to the bank, closest to the shuttleport.

All the big guild halls with the banners out front have them. Go in, take a right down the hallway and take the door on your left. Can't miss it, it's the romm with the broken droids in it. This is the same type of hall that has the Architect and Merchant trainers in them. Look in any big city.
