I've not yet seen anyone state anything about the scans being done with items stored in droids. Since there is no decay on droid-stored items, I would assume that scans will not find anything stored in droids either. Would one of you TC-bound DEs be able to test this for us please?

What is the deal with contraband anyways? Are they really gonna scan people? Sounds like pretty cool to me -- especially if droids are good stowing spaces.

Yes, scans are in effect now. Time to wander over to the TC forums guys. Where have you been hiding? In the DE forums?

Seriously want to know this information. I'm selling a million and one MSEs with Item 6 storage right now (even started making factory runs). Just wondering if I should stock up ahead of time for the big rush taht will eventuate if the scans really don't find something in the droid.

There is already a post over on Test Center about avoiding the scan. Says to put your stuff in a droid.

I've already started mass producing MSE's with item storage 6. They sold ok before anyway, so with the contraband scan it can't hurt making more.
