I suspect the reason for my problem is buying a pre-nerf droid. But here's the question I have.


Why, if you buy a probot with an Armor rating over 1217, does it reset to 1217? And if this is known issue, why are Droid Engineers selling Probots and listing the armor ratings and charging more for higher, if they all become 1217 anyway?

This is a known issue for all droids, not just probots.Thisissuehas been mentioned in the stickied DE 101 thread, and been asked countless time in other threads.


If there are Droid Engineers advertising higher armor and charging accordingly there are two possible explanations as to why they may be doing this:



  1. They are unscrupulous and are trying to take advantage of uneducated customers.

  2. They are unaware of the issue. Make the vendor aware of the problem, if he continues to practice such misleading business practices, you know its because of #1 above.
