Our guilds hospital has been condemed since the person who owns the lots has not been playing for some time. I have two Bacta Tanks in there and I want to get them out before the building burns to the ground! When ever I try to enter i get a system message that says I can not enter until the fee has been paid, even though Im on admin. So I had the briliant idea to use a maintence droid to pay it however when ever I select "edit maintence list" or "perform maintence run" from the droid's radial nothing happens. I'm 0401 merch (not sure if you have to have a merch skill level to use it.) Someone please help!

You have to add the the structure to the droid list of structuresfrom that structures maintenance terminal radial menu. If you cannot get inside, you are out of luck. I would suggest trying to contact the player IRL and get them to pay up one month (which you re0imburse them for). If you cant do that, I dont see any way to get around it.

I don't believe that there is any way to save a condemned structure unless the owner logs in. I'm not positive, but I don't think the /paymaint commands work. Also, bank tipping wont help, because the amount doesn't actually transfer until the person logs in. That's why you get the e-mail when they log in.

So as far as I know, unless the owner saves it, you cant get anything from it. Don't worry, it wont burn down, it will stay condemned forever.

I just recently revamped our entire city and had to pay to bring about 10 accounts back to fix them.

Try workaround

/tar terminal

(try and see if you can target the inside terminal... i don't know exactly where this terminal is in a hospital, but get as closeby from the outside as possible)

/pay <amount of credits>

This works on condamned harvesters too.

You need admin access to the structure.

You have to be inside to use the maintenance terminal. I have never seen any kind of workaround for that. It seems you are out of luck. Sorry man, I know it sucks.
