I had a similar problem with inherting a bunch of crate of architect components. I went to swgcraft.com and looked up the schematics for each component and then priced the crates based on the amount of resources used. They all sold really fast at the 1 cpu I chaged, lol.

For the basic components of a droid, if it doesn't have Advanced before its name i would price them at about 100credits per component or 2500 per crate.
For Advanced Droid Brain I would charge at least 2K per brain or 50K per crate of 25.
For Modules that quality matters : Detonation Module, Harvest Module, Stimpack Dispenser module i would price based on quality.
For modules with level I would price based on Level: something like 100 credits for a Level 1, up to 2K or so for a level 6.
There are a lot of droid components. This is just a starting point.
You could also do a vendor search of your galaxy (I know making sense of the crated items is a pain) and see what the components are selling for on your Server.
It's also relative to the term "a lot," you may have say 100 Advanced Droid motive systems, and that seems like a lot. Yet it's not as much as you may think.
It's really hard to give a value without knowing what they are.
