Just curious as I'm still only recently back & not made much/sold much yet. But mainly just for fun I had made a bunch of R2 & Protocol chassis' recently. Named some of them R2-D2 & C-3PO and dropped em on my vendor thinking somebody might want em for decoration. Priced them at 50K and I sold both C-3PO Protocol Chassis. Is that a cheap price maybe to sell one for, or do you think this guy just has a Threepio fetish? Just curious as I'm not surprised somebody might buy it, but I'd have guessed one of those and a R2.

50k isnt a horrendous price, and Names can have a big impact 
I get people mailing me asking for items by my made up names instead of the default names.

If they sell.... sell them!
I know I sell protocol chassis for 20k. These are the only chassis I put out because architects need them for shuttle ports. What a lot of people don't realize about this game is the money some people are willing to spend. What good are credits in a bank account? It's not like you can retire on them. lol Many players have millions of credits and 50k for a C3-PO for decoration is a very small price. Shoot, I even got the R2 and C3 holos INSTEAD of a ADK! How's that for a waste of money? I figured I was a MDE and they would be cool for my shop. I don't have anything to ADK so I thought what is the use of getting one. Now I must admit that was a VERY blonde moment because I could have bought hundreds of holos for the price I can sell a ADK for but it's not that big a deal for me. Sure I'll get it next vet reward go around but it's still not a big deal for me to have a huge stockpile of money. I'm not gonna give my droids away and feel I am reasonable priced on them, but I'm not out for money either. Being a MDE/MArchitect/MArtisan (CL1), the only thing I need money for is buying resources I missed.
Weapons, Armor, Loot... A MDE needs not these things!

You said Holos but I assume you meant the Miniature Protocol & R2 items. I bought both of mine for about 1 Mil total so decent deal & got them next to the Chassis on the landing of my stairs in my house. I was able to grab a bunch of the veteran rewards and grabbed the ADK kit as I easily found that was a good one - sold it for 10 Mil and used that to buy many of the holograms I couldn't get as rewards.
And didn't realize the Protocol Chassis was used in making a Shuttleport, good to know. Especially as I find very few DEs seem to have any Chassis for sale on their vendors(mind my server if you stock them and would disagree) maybe I can find a niche if only for selling Chassis

Yep, Miniature Protocol & R2 is what I meant.
Doh.. nother blonde moment. lol
I have had around 5 architects asking me for the protocol chassis and I have sold about a dozen on the bazaar or vendor in the last few months, so there is a market just for these. If there aren't many DE's on your server stock up on them, then sell them as needed. Not to mentionlots ofpeople want barkers or +110 med droids in protocol droids.
(Oh and yes.. mind that you are on the server with "The Main Droid Dude" Jenden!)
