They wouldn't be too powerful, they would have the same armor restrictions as the others but maybe a max ham of 8-10k. Max damage with combat modules would probably be 250 @ 1.5s. It would probably have2 module slots, 1 cluster slot, and 2 armor slots. And if you think they are over powered, just think of how many ppl are buffed now adays, also I've fought droidekas that have no armor and around 45% resist stats. So it would be halfway inline with all other droids.

If i had a credit for every customer that wanted a droideka...
I would be a very rich Droid Engineer... instead of just a semi-poor Droid Engineer...
If the devs wanted a money sink that would actually work they would change a voting terminal into a Droideka Request Terminal... thats money in the bank.
