how do you refill a stimpackl droid? I am asking because I have clients who need the information.

You can only load the droid if you have Pharm. IV. Find your nearest friendly Master Doc and get 'em to fix you up.

A master medic or any CM can do the job too. Five more experimentation points on stim A's doesnt help all that much.
