What does the stimpack delivery number signify?

The speed, I believe.


One number is the speed between heals, the other is the capacity.


(If I am wrong, someone please speak up - I've made exactly one of these since no one really cares for Stim A's)

That's what I figured. Its just odd that the number goes up the more you experiment.


Wonder if anyone has tested this out.
