Droid Engineer Archive

I just made up to the droid engineering profession. As of right now, I have managed to learn the Intermediate Droid Blueprints skill. I notice that I should be able to make a seeker droid but upon attempting to try to make the seeker droid, I cannot craft the components to make the seeker droid. I checked the skill tree on every level and their doesn't appear to be anywhere in the Droid engineering profession where I can craft needed components to make a seeker droid. My question is this concerning the seeker droid. How can I possibly craft a seeker droid when I can't craft the components necessary to craft the seeker droid? Do I need somebody from a different profession to craft it up for me? I noticed with the playback modules I need a musican to craft up wave synthesizers in order for me to be able to craft up a playback module. Another question I have is these personality chips. At what level can I actually start installing these personality chips onto droids? So far, I haven't been able to install any kind of personality chips onto droids or even craft up a personality chip. Another thing, what are the best droids for bounty hunters as far as finding targets and eliminating them? I appreciate any of the veteran droid engineers responses. Thanks!

The GP and EM Modules are made by master artisans, ask around and you will find many DE's, like myself, are also master artisans due to the fields heavy reliance on those 2 modules. Just a FYI, I dropped a 1000 unit run in my factory today, 1000 of each that is, due to the need for them. Advanced Droid brans use 4 Identical of each module, what a pain.

Personality chips go in the humanoid biped droids, like the Protocol, LE Repair, etc. Think the basic LE repair is the first at Expert Blueprints.
