So factional bases are killed by the following process:

1. Jam the Uplink Terminal (requires Bounty Hunter)


2. Slice the Security Terminal (requires Smuggler)


3. DNA sequence the Override Terminal (requires Novice Bio-Engineer)


4. Switch alignment of the Power Regulator (requires Commando)


5. Activate overload at primary terminal (requires Novice Squad Leader)


6. Prevent the HQ from "shutdown" activate-able by any defending declared player.

Great.

But where are the droids?

It just seems that the best representation of a factional base in the movies is R2-D2, Leia and Han taking down the base on Endor in ROTJ.

Every movie has R2 jacking into something. Either stealing a fighter in ep1, stoping the factory in ep2, hacking the friggin Death Star in ep4, hacking into Cloud City in ep5, and of course the Factional HQ in ep6.

They made a DNA game for bio-engineers so they would be needed for the GCW.

Asking for a terminal hacked by a droid isn't too much to ask.

I agree. #3 sounds kinda'.....stupid. The override terminal should be hacked by a droid or droid engineer. If they really want BE's in the mix, add a function for BE's to disarm the security feature with a fake thumb print or retinal pattern or somthing like that.
