We speculate that it just means the droid will need a new application of paint.

Right now it does nothing, but as stated previously - get it a new paint job.


Customization doesn't do anything yet, so right now it's just a tease for a new feature that's not in yet. A nice way of saying it was partially implemented and then removed because it was still buggy.
