Not without violating the EULA. It's roughly 330 MSE Mouse droids to your first block....we've all done it.

There is a really good DE grind explanation on Allakhazam. Here is the gist of it.

Grind MSE to getBlueprints 1.

Switch to Advanced Droid Frames... and get carpal (sp) tunnel like everyone else.

I recommend you get a nice crafting macro going too, and 5 crafting tools. You can find the macro on Allakhazam too.

But hey, if you wanted to search you could have done that here with the search function provided on these forums.

No

One option is to hire someone in real life to play the game and do the crafting for you. You'd have to pay them minimum wage of course. If they do a good job you could perhaps keep them on to play your character full time.
