Just wanted to double check. If the guide up there is right the most Droid Experimentation I would really need to get in a full DE suit would be +20 for a bonus of +2 correct? Just trying to put one together and wanted to make sure.

Correct. A +20 Droid Experimentation bonus will allot you an additional two points to experiment with.
