The energy you are being hit with is phased in such a way that you are momentarily phased out of one universe, and into an alternate one.
Well, that's my theory anyway. ![]()
Seriously though, it isn't necessarily the Droid triggering this. Use a Droid with a different Effects Module and see if you can replicate it like that.
BTW, when this happens, is the Effects Module active?
Hmm. Well, I am the entertainer using the droid. It's a 6 effects droid. Set up and running Mind Bloom, Electric Fog, Dancing Jawas and Avian in a 30 second pause pattern. I see all the effects as they should be. My friend watching however says he sees Trees whenever the Electric Fog effect fires off. Trees like in the Endor Painting.
He sees it when Jedi are doing some effect too, and when ever he is hit with energy while wearing a PSG. I think?
Maybe he will post here and explain further.

Here is a screenshot of what he and others are seeing.

So my first theory is incorrect. It's actually the release of energy ripping the spacetime fabric to make a dimensional portal. Easy mistake to make. ![]()
Well, those who are seeing that should start out with a clean install (uninstall, delete folder, reinstall after reboot) of Galaxies and see if it continues. If only some people are seeing it, it may indicate a problem with the client installation.
BTW, why am I seeing your signature even though I have sigs turned off? No offense, but like most gaming forum sigs, it's a real eyesore.
