I came across some Ditanium Steel, which I know is used in making T21s and other weapons, but what qualities are important? It has very good conductivity and toughness (800 - 900) but overall quality is very low (140 or so). Is this worth mining? I'm not a weaponsmith so I'm not really well versed in such matters. Thanks in advance.

For Firearms typically Conductivity, for Melee it's Shock Resistance, andMunitions is Overall Quality and something else. I think Unit Toughness?!

--Firearms components- (varies per component) CON + OQ + SR + HR

Melee- SR
--Melee components- UT

I don't do much with munitions

Has anyone seen a planet with the Ditanium Steel on it, on the Kauri server? I've been to Naboo, Tatooine, Corilia and Rori and haven't found any yet.

Some low-quality ditanium was on Kauri's Corellia up until about a week ago. OQ was only in the 200s, it's called 'Trifefo', and you can probably find some on the bazaars still.

Taking a well-deserved vacation from his successful Droid Engineering business, Master Rho can be found puttering around the galaxy.

Is Europe Farside your server? Not sure if that's a Euro server

I am on Tempest and have over 100k of the stuff.

I found recent spwns on Rori near Pygmy torton cave (dried up now) and my most recent is on Naboo SW portion of the map.

Check those locations on your server also.

since resources are completely dependent on your server your best bet would be to try your server forums and/or swgcraft.com

Hi all

I'm really hoping this 'DE's looking after each other' thing works.

Try using interplanetary survey droids to find the various types of resources on each planet. If you're level 1, you'll probably want an escort of one or two people for the more "dangerous" planets though...

Just my opinion, but to me, this isn't a bad post.

You may want to title it "Can and Chilestra DE's help me with Ditanium Steel?"

I know the Scylla Trade forums move quickly, other servers are probably worse. Lets face it, there are not to many DE's so probably even less on the trade forums. These boards are slower and here you are more likely to find somebody to "help" you.

I'm not a Mod or a Corr, so what I think doesn't matter. By all means, sales and transactions should be on the trade forums, but DE's helping each other out and asking for help seems fine to me.
