I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, I couldn't find any threads on it but....
Now if I make a kit with 5 uses that's 10,000 calls before the customer buys another one.
I could simply raise my price to reflect this new found power but the customer is going to go, oh well I used to get these for 2000 credits and now you're charging 20k. I'll not bother.
What was wrong with it being 200 or even 500, but TWO THOUSAND????
Just a bit overkill and I reckon it's going to hit my sales...

Yep. Covered lots before. Both here and in the Artisan forum.
The overwhelming majority of people think the 2k calls is daft.
Basically, it got layed out that at 10 calls a day, with an 8 use kit.... that'll last well over 2 years.
And that stinks.

Yup just reading some more of the threads stickied at the top I see it's covered there.
All I can say is: What were they thinking?

What's even more daft is it was done to make them inline with Starship paint kits, which take no subcomponents to make. If I was going to bother selling these now, I would have to charge 10k for one.
If they hate hyperinflation, why do they do things to promote it? Me R confused.
