I know your busy hitting them about HAM, EXP, Harvestors, Bombs, Armor, and a million other things. Yet I want to ensure that you know that Med droids don't do squat as well.
I don't see any difference with or without droids.
If I were to argue for better med droids, this may get their attention.
A large portion of account cancellations were secondary accounts, even people who are still playing, canceled their Doc or Dancer account. Lets get those accounts back.
Currently Doc buffs suck, to be frank. They don't do all that much even 30% is only a 900 power buff. What really sucks is the duration. Make a maxed medical droid double the duration. Yes double it. This would mean about a 2 hour buff, yet the power would be the same.
The game is very playable without buffs now, yet buffs should still have a place. Make Med droids give that place. Get those alt accounts back!

To be honest I'd almost completely skipped over the medical droids, thanks for the reminder.

Oh, PLEASE don't skip the med droids. They WERE my biggest seller in the past, packaged with the Food/Chem crafting module and Item Storage for a nice Medical Practitioner's Assistant model. Now...no crafting, no med, no sale. About all I'm selling these days are Probes and Seekers (I positively REFUSE to make suicide droids -- Droid Abuse!). I've raised the prices on these items by a factor of 10 and they still sell out in no time. Once more, we DE's need some major love to get back to being even a semi-viable profession.

Yea, I just resent the list of completely broken modules yesterday... hopefully they get fixed at least (though we still need some serious work).

I respeced to doctor for a while and here is some info I found after doing extensive tests with droids
Adv Bacta Jab avarage heal: 275
Adv Bacta Jab and medical droid (110 rating) near you avarage heal: 357
Adv Bacta Jab with medical droid (110 rating) and Bacta Jab enhancer avarage heal: 445
All other healing abilities have similar results with Droids and Enhancers.
Droids + enhancers also increase buff durations but not effectiveness.
Just wanted to pass that along, its good to have a little droid buddy near you
Make sure the droid has at least one combat module to make them brave and dont run away if they get hit.

I found the same thing. Wound healing in a StarPort with my Droid out doubles the amount I heal for. Glad I kept him
I'm going to find a DE to make me one with a combat module in it instead of crafting stations though ![]()

Currently Med Droids with 110 rating add a 2.5X multiplier (150%) to healing efficiency. Since healing efficiency works on diminishing returns, med droids lend a greater benefit to lesser medics and less so for master docs. Stacking enhancers, healing clothes, food, and droid can allow low level medics to (in many cases) double the amount of health regainedper healing command.
So get out there and start making combat/med droids! lol

Were these med droids made before or after the Cu? I didn't test healing in combat, but I don't notice any type of difference in buff duration at all.
