50k, its the never run out factor, for the high cost...at 6 to 1 its 18k...but till there is some other degredation i would stick with 50k.

Ok so I made a power droid, they work great ! Though there is one huge problem with them. No one needs 'em. You'll not be able to sell it for 2k much less 50. You may be able to give one away, though I doubt it. It will power other droids, but as you can only have one droid out at a time it makes NO sense to have one. Ok ok so lets say you want to use this droid to power other people's droids. You can do that without fail, and since in theory you can only call droids when in town or at a campsite this would allow you to recharge droids and that MIGHT be helpful. But as I've been able to take my droids out and put the back into my datapad anytime I want (the town restriction doesnt seem to be working). Given that fact ....I'd think you wont be able to sell him at all. Oh yeah, and he's slow slow slow.

No chance of them being able to give structures a power boost then. Pity, I was looking forward to that

Well, the power droid may be an indicationthat the Devs possibly plan to allow us to have more than 5 droids, and operate more than 1 at a time (And yes, this is a 20 ton hint being dropped from a great hight)

Power Droids, much like several other droids int he game, currently have very little use. They can recharge MOST droids when their power runs low, and that is all they are capable of. For the pain and amount of resources it takes to make one, they aren't worth it... EVER! You can get/make droid batteries for next to nothing, and no one wants to spend their money on a power droid that they can't use on their own droids. Remember that you can only have one active droid at a time. So, if you're really generous, you can make yourself one to go around charging people's droids. How nice. Otherwise, count the power droid in the same category as the Protocol droid. completely useless. Although, they are funny to look at.

Lol.

Reading threads like this is like craning my head around to look at a car accident as I drive past. Perhaps they will fix these later.

oddly enough, i actually got a request for a power droid a long time ago, i just got the scematic this morning though. I believe he only wants it for the novelty though. I think he just likes how they looked. I just had no idea on what to price it at, and it is indeed quite resource heavy...

So I hear droid batteries heal mind wounds on droids.

Can powerdroids do this too?
