I know there was a thread on this not to long ago but Im retarded and can never get the search to work to find it. If someone could point me to it that would be great, thanks in advance.

If no one can find it, tell me what is your best? I think mine was 8 but it was so long ago I dont remember for sure, now they are usually around 4-6.

Also what is the max amount of exp points you get? If I use OQ > 900 resources I get I think 6 or 7.

I could swear that I have produced a 6 before, but given the results I have been seeing lately I believe that 5 is the max unless you have additional points of experimentation.

Using nearly perfect ingredients, I got a "great success" on the combine and the an "amazing success" on the experimentation attempt with all 5 of my points. The result was 61%, as I recall, which gave me a module rating of 5.

If you have skill tapes or something that boost you up to where you can get 6 or more points of experimentation, then you should be able to get much higher than 5. It looks to me like droid crafting station modules are on approximately the same scale as crafting tools, so I would guess that the upper end would be a rating of 15. But you would need 10 experimentation points to do that and, of course, perfect resources.

I'm pretty sure they go above 10, as get 10's from time to time (pretty much get a 9 every time, 8 exp. points do to a skill tape) which is about 85% or so. HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with quality as experimentation provides limited results everywhere else and this same rating is used on all other modules. similarly, the utility modules we do get 2 ratings on tend to be screwy, with the numbers not working out right, so I don't think I'd trust it at all.

What I'd like to know is, not whatcomponent quality maximumwe can attain (I believe it currently stands at 5), but what is the Droid Crafting Station Rating?

Personal Crafting Stations have specific Ratings. I believe the best being around 40%. My customers are always asking me, "What is the Crafting Station Rating?". All I am able to tell them is that a Droid Crafting Station is better than a Personal Crafting Station. I always use high quality resources and always experiment. If I get any results other than "Great Success" or better,or a Component Quality less than 5, I destroy the Droid Crafting Station before completion.

Am I missing the Rating information somewhere? Please help! This information will definitely improvedroid sales, and letour customers know that DE's are not babbling idiots who do not know their product or it's specs.

I bid you peace and prosperity,

I too have wondered about this. Having done a lot of crafting with a +29 personal station as well as a droid with a crafting module, I can say from experience the droid is better. I get more "amazing success" and fewer non "great success" when experimenting. But there is no way to quantify it from the droid info. Which is too bad, since you can see the stats of other modules when viewing the droid.
