Thread: Probots and random resists when called
A probot I made for a friend has the same problem.
Also , when in my datapad , I have an option on the radial menu that says "Use vitality pack"
What exactly is that?
The vitality pack thing is really annoying. For some reason, a product made by a bio-engineer is useful for repairing droids' vitality.
This issue is related to the same issue with Personal Shield Generators. The resists on both will fluxuate from time to time. I suggest thatnext time it happens, you /bug it, which is about the best that can be done, since this issue has been around for a while now.
The 'Use Vitality Pack' option is the same as with pets. Each time your droid, or pet, is incapped there is a chance it will lose vitality. When a pet loses a certain amount of vitality its HAM, and maybe damage as well, will be lowered until a BE Vitality pack is used to restore some of the lost vitality. I haven't noticed the same behavior in droids that have lowered vitality, but then again I haven't let my Probot become that damaged. The same Vitality pack that you can use on a pet can be used on a droid to repair some of the vitality damage. (Major oversight on the DEVs part in regards to an organic item fixing an inorganic droid.) Be warned that in both cases of pet and droid, the maximum Vitality can be reduced when the pack is used.
If your pet is losing vitality on a incap then you should /bug it. Pets are supposed to only lose vitality when they are Death Blowed.
