Thread: Going Jedi hunting....Don't forget your seeker droids
I was talking to some of my Bounty Hunter customers today and it appears that now Jedi Player bounties are now appearing on servers with Jedi (As of this post Ahazi, Intrepid and Lowka).
These are level 75 bounty hunter missions that require Invistigation III. This has encouraged a lot of Bounty Hunters to take the invistigation tree. Which translates into more seeker and probe droid sales for us.
Now if only eclipse could get some jedi.

Same here. I've noticed an increase of Seeker droids myself.
I actually can't wait for my other character to make BH so I can hunt Jedi too!
OOOOHHHHH, so thats why my vendor was completely cleaned out of seekers and arakyds 
Hadn't sold any in weeks and havent made any in a long time. I better get to work on making some more 
So let me get this straight. Player bounty hunters can get missions to kill player Jedi?
Doesnt this strike anyone else as a little unfair (since they will probably be trying to keep their identity a secret at least to begin with?)
and how does it get around the issues that a force sensitive is only supposedly TEF after using a Jedi power (so the BH could find him but notactually attack him) and what about if he logs off while your in mid-mission?

It is player jedi.
This is how it was explained to me. It is believed that every time a player jedi is out and is seen by Imperials (npc or player) they receive "visability" points, The more advanced jedi skills they use the more visability points they receive. At a certian amount of visability points they start appearing on BH mission terminals (they pay 150k credits). At another point they start getting NPC imperials after them such as Mara Jade.
Now if a PC jedi goes off line while the target of a BH mission, the next time a BH uses a seeker droid they get the message "your target has gone offline". The mission terminal does give out the Jedi's name so most BH's have added them to thier friends list so they know when to try to go after them.
Due to the fact that the first jedi whipped out thier lightsaber in the middle of the coronet starport they got a lot of visibility points. So as a result they got on the BH mission terms right away.
Most of this is being tested and reported on by the new Jedi and Bounty Hunters. The more Jedi that appear the more information we will know.
