The short answer is: Effectiveness is the only attribute worth experimenting on for the final droid. Subcomponents and mechanical ratings are still up in the air, but doesn't hurt to experiment on anyways.

I want to know about droid experimental and can you explain about two experiments for Effectiveness and Quality? I don't know how does Capability level in effectiveness and Mechanism Quality works for droids. What's the max Mechanism quality rate? I can make less 10 mechanism qty and trying to get above rate. I have hard thinking which two experiments percent is better for droid. I triedadd percent for both or no good? Thanks in advance.
