were is the DE trainer on Tat.

I don't recall there being one on Tatooine (but there probably is, I'd think). If you search a bit on the forums, you find locations of most any profession trainer.

well were is a DE trainer period.

Yes....I always used the one at the 'university' near the Coronet bank (bottom floor, right side).

On tatooine there one in Bestine, in the capitol building....
