What should i make to get novice DE? I am short on resources so i cannot make harvestors, and i only have 60k right now what should i make?

The sticky is your friend. Aside from that, save that money and run some missions until you can afford1 or 2medium/ heavy chem and mineral harvestors. Build a couple wind generators to provide the power. Mine the heck out of fiberplast and steel. You could even consider making a few personal chem and mineral harvestors as well.

Use some of that money to purchase the materials to create the wind harvestors and perhaps a few personal harvestors. Hope this helps.

I made Gas Pocket survey tools to get to novice DE.

I used Chem Survey, but thats the same as Gas Pocket, they both will net you 57 xp in practiceand only require metal to make. That way, you can focus your harvesting (or buying) on one resource type. If you happen to be mining steel, this will come in handy later if you continue beyond BPII in DE.
