I'm planning on moving my character into DE sometime in the near future. I don't want to spend a whole lot of time mastering it, but I hate straight grinding So I've decided to make it interesting by grinding out chassis, but I can't seem to find the XP rewards for the sub-components. I'd like to know the xp rewards for the following:

Droid Brain
Advanced Droid Brain
Manipulator Arm
Manipulator Arm Package Set
Advanced Droid Motive System
Droid Sensor Package
Control Unit
Electronic Memory Module
Electronic GP Module

I know, the last 3 are from master artisan, but I'm betting a lot of you are master artisans.

Thanks in advance!

This will give you all of the information that you are looking for.SWGcraft.com XP is generally 2 points per resource used.

actually, I checked there first

Unfortunately, they don't have xp rewards listed beyond a couple of items. And if DE is anything like Tailor is, then there are going to be a LOT of schematics that give less than 2 xp per resource unit.

Well I would tell you what the XP costs are but I'm capped on the XP for droid crafting and MA parts and so have no way of finding out exactly what they are any more.

As far as the three MA modules are concened, the XP is general crafting XP, not droid crafting. Not sure if you know that or if you are still needing to get the base XP for novice DE first, hence asking. What I do remember is that they don't give much at all. Harvestors are a better idea for that.

What I do remember is that a complete R5 droid gives about 1200 XP. Frames for the other droids, such as the R2, should give about that in total (ie subcomponents plus assmebly of the frame). What I would recommend you do is hook up with a master DE on your server and just build frames for them as they need them. That way it is interesting, varied and you make some income. Also, if you're grinding frames, instead of just tossing the chassis away, approach some of the local cities and offer them for really cheap or free, as city decorations for hospitals, cantinas etc etc.

Actually, if you can find a master DE that will buy frames from you you *should* get another 50% of the xp you got for making the finished frame when he uses it in a droid. I know this used to work but I'm not sure if it still is. (I know it still works for architect and medic xp). Just a note though, you only get the xp if your online when he uses it.
