The 10 charge seeker droids, do they take more resources to make then the old seeker droids?

The Test Center forum would be a much better place to ask this question. The change for BH droids is not live yet.

Is that just for DE-built seekers or also the BH-vendor-sold ones as well?

Also, if the BH-vendor-sold seekers are only costing 200cr each, how are people selling them for much more than that?

For that matter, are the BH-vendor-sold probe droids the same as the DE-built models, and how much do they cost from the BH vendor?

You people need to visit the BH boards more, number one Charges are NOT YET LIVE. Go to the BH boards if you dont believe me.

Number 2

Seeker droids will have 5 charges NOT 10

And Arakyd Probe droids will have 10.
