Is it just me, or is it a waste of a skill line to get only 7 schematics from the ENTIRE thing? Yes, that's right, im talking about Droid Construction Techniques. No skill bonuses, NOTHING. Just 7 schematics.

I'm thinking there's two options: either

A) Add skill bonuses or more schematics to the skill line

Im kind of at a loss for what new schematics could be put in, maybe make it so that a droid could repair vehicles and ships when the space expansion comes out, other than that I have no idea.

or

B) Get rid of the skill line altogether, add the schematics to droid production (which is where they should be anyways, why do we get half of the crafting station modules in production, and half in construction? doesn't make sense either), and add a new skill line.

For the new skill line, I was thinking that it should be called Service Droids, and the name of Droid Blueprints be changed to Combat Droids. All of the current droids except probot (and maybe BH droids and the D7whatsit) should be moved to service droids, and a whole bunch of new combat droids should be implemented.

The service droids should do what was suggested in Gorantoth's post (very nice post, if you haven't read it you should)

Obviously, im in favor of option B, because we'd get more droids.

Actually, now that I think about it, the names of the skill lines Refinement and Production dont make sense, do they? Because the way it is now, the Production skill line doesn't help you to "produce" droids, it actually helps you "refine" them by making them more specific with modules, and the Refinement skill line, uh, well, I guess it kinda makes sense as it is now, but it would be more obvious what the skill line did from the name if it was changed to Customization.

Anyway, my 2 cents.

Also, anyone else been hit by the "retarded vendor" bug? It sux.
