People, can we please collect real hard data on Armor modules please. I can only make Level 3 armor right now, but will post my numbers as soon as I can get some resources built up.
What I ask is that for every type and style of Droid you make, please note the Droid Type, AR(none-heavy) and resists. From what I have noticed sub-assembly quality and experimentation still have no effect, only the final step seems to matter, so basic unexperimentedarmor should be fine.

Anyone else having problems with level 5 and 6 droid armor. The level 4 armor seems to be just as good as level 5 and 6 plates

Ok I found out that droid armor is capped at Medium 40% right now, so what is the best and most cost efficient way to get this rating?

One level 6 armor module. I believe 2 level 4's will do it as well, but level 6 is cheaper/more efficient.

Does the quality of the Composite Armor Segment effect the quality of the droid armor segment?

Armor levels 5 & 6 require a Composite Armor Segment. Talking with a Armorsmith I learned that these segments can be created with up to 3 layers. My question is, do these layers affect the Droid armor?

i am a master arch/de/art on kettemoor and ive been making the new driods alot and like everyone else i notieced the armor change
its been mentioned countless times on many threads but i want a centralized chat on what the devs are going to do, if they are leaving it liket his or changing it back or what
all info appreciated

they nerfed the droid-armor with publish7 "tin-can-invasion" 
there ary many ppl who asked me for combat-droids....
my answer: "maybe u'll get one after Space-Expansion"

So what then..
The armor modules I put in are only for resistances now?
Whats the purpose of the armor modules now?
this doesnt seem right, there was a thing or two about armor at first with the publish, but until recently the droids did have armor (after the publish) Am I insane? anyone else on the gorath server see that droids did have armor after the publish? when did they do this?

since publish 7 on no droids have had armor (other than NPC's). The resists are capped at 20% (with a fairly linear progression from 3-20 I think from level 1-6). Right now there's a display bug and all droids are listing 40% resists, no info on the status of this.
