Technically, yes you could get one made.
Requirements:
1) any droid chasis with >= 2 module slots
2) at least 1 creature harvesting module installed, Note: the more creature harvesting modules installed, the better the harvest rating on the droid and therefore a higher yield while harvesting.
3) 1 food/chemical crafting station installed

But I would suggest a 10 item storage and Food/Chem station. That way you can store all you DNA samples.
Then get a seperate droid for the creature harvesting. One Module will hinder a scout with Harvesting 4, and the extra storage space does wonders for a BE.
This was based off of personal experience.

Yes. Like was said, at least 2 modules are required (which is any droid, pretty much), and the Droid Engineer could install a Food / Chem crafting station, and a harvesting module in the droid for you.
And as was suggested, getting some storage space in the droid would work too (would automatically store your harvested resources in the droid, instead of your inventory). So maybe you could get at least an R4 advanced droid, that holds 3 modules, and you could get the harvestor, crafting station, and some inventory. And of course, the higher up you go in the R-Series, the more you'd be able to get in terms of storage and harvesting rating.

Thanks for the answers
My BE is strictly for making food additives though, so stoarge isn't really a problem.
Now, for the hard part...actually finding a Master Droid Engineer... lol.

If you are on Radiant server, I'd be more than happy to make the droid for you. My name is "Marr'Taan".
You don't need a Master Droid Engineer to make this droid. You need a Droid Engineer who can make a droid with 2 modules, a food crafting station, and a creature harvestor module. I can make all of those things for you.
You'd need a Master Droid Engineer if you want an R3 Advanced droid that can hold like, 5 creature harvestor modules and a food crafting station, and by my price guide would cost at least 42k.
If you just want the basic Crafting Station / Harvestor droid, then you don't need a Master Droid Engineer. And as I said, if you're on Radiant server, send me a tell or an e-mail and I can hook you up with an R5 droid with the Crafting Station and Harvesting module. Be more than happy to do it for you.

I'm not a master tho, so if you want the absolute best... then even if you are on Radiant I won't be of much help
