I know a ton of stuff is bugged/broken for you guys, and I hope they get it fixed real soon for you and your customers. I just have a quick question regarding a power droid with a repair module. I had Tacoman from the Gorath galaxy build me one of these last night, but similar to the surgical droid there is no command to program repair. Does anyone know if this is on the almighty long list of things to fix? Thanks fellas...

try this...

while your repair droid is out, click on your friend's wounded droid and look for a repair option on that radial... not on the repair droid's radial, but the wounded droid's.

like i said in the other thread, been a few patches since I have had to do this so milage may very. gonna test it tonight.

I tried the above and the only option I had was to examine. Any other ideas, thoughts or suggestions? I hope that they get things working for you guys soon...

i have never got a repair module to work inside a power droid... the 'recharge other droid' menu item is there in the program menu, but not the 'repair other droid'.... welcome to the world of SWG Bugs.

I appreciate the welcome, but unfortunately this isn't my first bug rodeo! To me, this one seems fairly small in comparison to some of the other issues you guys have. I have a surg droid that is currently programmed to repair (programmed before the almighty SOE patch), but I wanted to give him to a med friend if the power droid was going to be able to heal all three HAM bars on a droid.

Can anyone confirm that the repair function would work on an R2 droid? I wouldn't mind picking up one of those with a repair module and a general crafting station. If you are on the Gorath server, feel free to quote a price. Thanks again.

This reply is slightly off-target, I can't make repair modules till I train tonight... But... with power droids and Rechargeing, you have to target the droid to be recharged, then type "/recharge" and Gronk will waddle over and recharge/repair the mind wounds of the targeted droid. Hitting recharge on your power droids own radial will only attempt to recharge Itself via Batteries. I'd think the same works for other activated modules like repair. Correct me if I'm wrong, better to learn here then in front of a customer. =)

Target the wounded droid and type:

/say repair

Even though you can't re-program the command (not on the program sub-menu) it still comes with a "default" command. Which should be "repair". Anyway, give it a try and let us know.

The 1st 10% of the code takes 90% of the time; the remaining 90% of the code takes the remaining 90% of the time.

Tried targeting the wounded droid and typing repair but this didn't work either. I just picked up a seeker droid with a repair module attached for 2k, problem solved! I would like for my power droid to be able to heal all three, but it looks like it either isn't possible or needs to be fixed. Thanks for the responses fellas.
