I read a post that mentioned in passing: "pre-nerf probots now have a counter of 20 .. meaning you can only call it 20 times before it goes poof. Their way of phasing them out."

Can anyone verify this?

I don't think this is the case (can't "confirm" 100% since I don't have a pre-nerf droid and I haven't called it 20 times). I think the confusion is that there is supposedly a 20 call limit to the coloring so after 20 calls the color wears off. But you don't lose your droid to my knowledge.

my "20 count" is now -3, the probot is still the same.

Have u noticed a reduction in any of ur droids stats since hitting -3? I have noticed mine is down to 18 and havent noticed anything yet. One thing i havent checked is to see if the vitality rating is on the new probots. I know it isnt on any of my other droids.

it's a pre nerf, everything is the same, it's probably -7 or -8 now except the mind wound everything is the same as a brand new probot

I saw that thread, it was a panic topic when the customization counter was put in. Everyone decided that the droid wasn't going to poof.
