Fiberplast panels need fiberplast and metal as far as I remember

It's in the Domestic I skill in the Artisan Skill Tree

Question is now, what do I need now to make it? I don't see it in my gen crafter device.

Fiberplast panels were listed under "Misc -> Components" when I was grinding through them, but after the bazaar re-structuring, I'm not sure. They may be under the clothing tree now. The best way to check (assuming you now have Dom1) is to open your datapad, go to "Draft Schematics" and check the "Type" it gives for them. Now that I try to remember, I'm not sure if it has it in the details side when you click the icon, but it is definitely listed under the type column when you click "change view" to get the spreadsheet layout.

As for crafting them, you can use a generic crafting tool, just go to the "clothing" tab at the top--not armor--and it's under components. Or if you want to see if experimenting does any good (I've heard no, but it might've changed), use a clothing/armor crafting tool next to a C/A station.

Hope that helps. Panels were my first money-making product (selling to a armorsmith for 50 credits each during the first week after release), but it's been a while since I've dealt with them.
