Thread: Making a few current droids more useful
Just gonna throw something out for you to think about/discuss.
Power Droid: Make the power droid able to access power harvester status panels from within the datapad. When called, have an option to access the power harvesters hoppers.
Binary Load Lifter: Make the lifter able to access other harvester status panels from within the datapad. When called, have an option to access the hoppers.
This would answer the Artisan request for remote access for harvesters, and give DE's a functional product. In an ideal game world, the droids would actually tool around to the harvesters, but in this game, that would be too processor intensive, not to mention risky for the droids.
Also, introduce a vitality system rather than permadeath for the droids. Craftable Advanced Droid Repair Tools could be used in place of vitality packs.
Oh, and not a flame, but for all the people that continually mention CH's having 3 rancors...not true. A Master CH gets a total of CL70 out, which means a single rancor/ high level pet. Just a FYI.
