Can anyone use a battle droid or do you need some DE skill, like how CH works?

If the answer is no and that the max level droid you can have is CL 10 wiothout any DE skill then that pretty much sucks! Not exactly going to be a great market for level 10 droids nor will there be for for greater level droids as people will be able to craft their own...

You ask a question about something that isn't even on Test Center yet (so no one here really knows) and then go on to criticize a system that hasn't been implemented yet.

Capslock, you're not making very much sense. People cannot craft droids without being a droid engineer...The droid market wouldn't "spoil"

I am hoping that the only people able to craft the battledroids that anyone would want to use are us masters, prevents dabbling altogether because, whaddya know, you can't just getthe skills you want to make it. and the CL-10 thing, you know that a probot will beat the current CL-10 pets, right? and thats what all non-chs are being prought down to, level 10

My mistake, i thought the information on who can handle droids and what level non-DEs can use was already released. If a non-DE is confined to only a CL 10 droid then i dont think there will be much of a market for DEs.

However, if the CL 10 droids are better than CL 10 pets then i guess there will be, just means alot more dabblers will take up DE instead of CH and you will inevitably get nerfed

Players can use pets however the majority take up low level taming to geta GSP, Graul or Wrix. If DE follows the same type of structure as CH then you might see yourself having an influx of dabblers who make the profession look over powered when in fact there something like a TKA/Commando with minimal DE/CH skill

dabblers will only pick it up if only DE's can use them. As long as they don't implement this we should be ok.

There won't be dabbling just to get a probot. Why would you spend a fortune getting up to the skill level needed just to make a semi-decent droid when you could go and buy one for a fraction of the cost? It's not like the probot is going to be the new super pet everyone has to have.
