Thread: Ideas For Uses of Binary Load Lifters or BLLs (please positive feedback/ideas only)

I think BLL should be used for what they where intended for.... lifting things... They could transport the samples from harvesters.Make weight restrictions for the avatars requiring them to purchase BLL's to transport there samples
I think that's asking too much at this point - would take a fundamental change in too many game systems.
A really simple soloution would be to cap the item storage limit on them higher, say 20 or 25. If they could hold that many items, they would sell like hotcakes.

They heft and stack cargo in industrial warehouses throughout the galaxy, they are automated forklifts. They will likely be needed to load and unload cargo from starships.
Back before the house item storage nerf, crates used to take up 5 slots.. but belive me it wasnt working even at that.. My house would be practacly empty and I couldnt put anything into it becuase of the factory crates.

Chop the hand off, mount a swoop-bike seat and handlebars, and make it a mount. Don't know about you but I'd pilot the thing everywhere I went.
Here is a one way you can use it now...
Pull it out when at a major city selling driods. Not everyone looks at the "Master Droid Engineer" over the top of your head. But pull out a BLL and you Have instant advertising. ![]()
Heh, my BLL is one of my biggest droid sellers already, using the suggestion above. I even have the title "MSG-Woodrow-For-Droids" above its head just to help customers along.
Also, it really makes one stand out in the crowd when your name is standing a good 12 feet above everyone else's, and is hot pink (as my droid is). if a customer asks where you are, just say "I'm standing next to the giant hot-pink droid in front of the starport". Trust me, it serves its part in this regard.
I have a really good idea for this. Make Crates much more "heavy", right now I have about 10 crates im carry'n and 5 seeker crates 4 probot crates and 1 crate of powerups along with alot of other gear. I personally think a crate should take up 10 spots in an inventory maybe even 15-20 spots, making so that only a max of 2 crates can be carried in your inventory.
Then give a HUGE advantage to what BLL's were supposed to do, carry large heavy objects, Artisans/Crafters should have FLEET's of BLL's to carry everything from house walls, to memory modules. It's just not right that I get to carry a full crate of seekers for the same weight cost as a seeker droid. If they fixed this issue, players would be buying storage and lifting droids like hotcakes...
