I have tried making an ADV R2 with Repair and storage.

I have made one with General Cluster (lvl4 storagex3) one extra lvl 4 storage and the repair unit.

also

with one general cluster (lvl 4 storage x2 and repair unit) then two single lvl 4 storage units.

When I am done, it only has 10 item storage, but I did the same with a medical unit, and the droid now has a medical unit and 28 storage.. what is going on. Please help.

Don't get the Item storage capacity confused with the Item Storage Rating that is displayed in deed form.

The max storage capacity that any droid can hold is 10, regardless of what the Storage rating is. With a Storage Rating of 12 or more you will gain the max storage capacity of 10 items.

Making SWG more Star Warsy. One droid at a time.

OOHH.. ok, thanks. Now my next question is...

Are they going to allow more storage in droids? It seems rather idiotic to have the ability to cram it full of storage and or crafting, but too many storage doesn't increase the capicity, and more then one station corupts the stations.

the more than 1 station thing is fixed. You can now have 1 droid with any/all crafting station(s) and they should all function properly.

Item storage is capped at 10, and probably will not be raised. But the future is always cloudy

There's something special to think about when considering the droid storage caps: anything you put there is exempt from decay on death. Meaning that many things a player is carrying in their inventory will decay 5% when they're killed if the item is not insured and 1% if the item is insured, but anything placed in the storage of a droid will not decay on death at all! If this were to stay the way it is, I don't think you'd want the amont of stuff you can store in a droid getting too high, or else droid storage would become an exploit for circumventing decay - a serious nerf target.

As far as the multiple crafting station issue, I can definitely confirm that was resolved with the vehicle patch. I've built R3s with all 4 stations in them and verified that all 4 work together. My R3 UberCrafter 9000s are flying off my vendor.
