The auto repair option on my droid's radial menu, no longer shows up. Thoughts?

What I found was that the first owner of the droid had access to auto-repair, but any subsequent users (i.e. after the droid is in your datapad and given to someone other than the original owner) have the auto-repair missing.

It'll have the option the first time it's called. After that, it won't.
