I guess this works best in a descriptive format;
I am fighting with my CH character with a Probot and Pet out.
I heal myself with a Stim B
I heal my pet with a Pet Stim B
I heal my droid with a Repair Kit C - WAIT - Error! 'You must wait so many seconds before you can do that again'
Huh?
Apparently the Droid Repair Kit heal timer is the SAMETIMER as the Pet Stim timer. Why does the droid profession have to share this timer? These are completely different items, using completely different methods to heal (medical/pet stimulation versus electrical power).
Is this a bug?
Why would healing my pet effect how quickly I can repair my droid?
I understand the need for timers on heal cycles, but since the PC healing timer is separate from the pet healing timer, why shouldn't the droid timer be separate too?

I would say it is a bug, but only CH's are going to notice it, which is probably why it hasn't been noticed here yet.

...and as for why pet stims and droid repair kits share the same timer...we finally got the radial menu on droid deeds to say ready droid unit instead of "Tame" with publish 7.

At least its not on the same timer as the Stimpacks. I routinely heal my droid and myself within a second of each other in many battles.
