I need some help here. I am a Master DE who uses high quality resources for the most part and have a great schematic for Composite Armor Segments. For some reason no matter how wellmy combat R3 with 2 armor modules comes out it always has a 20% in resists. Isnt it possible to get it with a 40% in resists? I've seen many with 40% resists. I always put all my experimentation points in effectiveness for all parts that go into the droid, if that matters. What am I missing or doing wrong to not get a 40% in its armor. Do I have to put experimentation points in Quality or Durability instead... or is itsomething else? Is it one particular part or what that needs to be made better or ?

How do you get the 40% instead of only a 20% ??

Hello,

I don't post on here often, but i'd like to ask a question.

Im not sure if other people have posted this in the past though.

Yesterday i got my hands on a bit of duralloy (for the first time since i became a Master DE) and set about making some Level 6 Armour modules.

Is it my imagination or does an R2 with 2 highly experimented Level 6 modules has exactly the same resistances as one of my rickety old ones with 2 Level 3 armour modules???

Does anyone else find this rather strange? Surely this renders levels 4, 5 and 6 totally worthless and a waste of time if you can accomplish the same thing with cheaper materials and far less effort.

It took me ages to grind to DE and i'd really like to experiment about with droids...

Thanks.

well form all that i have read.. to answer your question yes 2 lvl 3 are as good as lvl 4,5 and/or 6. Why? becuase the devs nerf droid amor in an attempt to make them lvl 13 mob becuase something with med armor and 40% resist to everything is suppose to be a HL creature not a "tin-can" with a pea shooter.

so.. jsut save the money till they "fix" it if they do and use 2 lvl 3 for now.

SWG we love you.. espcially when you "fix" something and Break it in the posses... NOT.

You can use garbage resources to make two Level 4 Armor Modules and these will put your droidat full resists, 40% after sotring and recalling. I know this for certain because I did it this way.

You get the 40% just storing the droid and calling it again.
Display bug, it seems
