Right now, the only thing you can do for black (wound) damage is to have someone who owns a droid equipped with a repair module to use it and repair your droid. Anyone can do this if their droid is properly equipped.
White damage is primarily healed through time, although I've heard reports (and personally seen, twice) that white damage being healed also when a repair droid was used.

i bought an adv probot 40prcent resistences 110 med use and a repair module. he actually heals his own white dmg while out. : ) which surprised me but has been consistent. i have not used it to repair another droid yet.

In the data pad or out, droids regen white damage at a rate of 5 points per 18.5 seconds. Black damage is healed by someone else who has a droid with a repair unit installed. I have also read, but not tested, pet vitality packs will work on our droids with low vitality.

I can confirm that pet vitality meds are restoring droid vitality... at the moment. I thought they'd "fixed" this awhile ago.
