Basically every component, every droid, ect has a complexity.

You can CTRL-D and bring up your datapad, then flip over to the schematics tab to see a list of everything you have the ability to build.

Click on one, like your new DZ70. It has a complexity of 18.

I'm guessing you're still using a Generic Crafting Tool.

Go through and make yourself, or buy a few Weapon/Droid/General Specialized Crafting TOOLs (not stations).

You need these for anything above complexity 15.

When you get above 20, you will need to find a Crafting Station, located in the city or a private house or even a droid, and use your specialized crafting tools near it.

Above 25 complexity, I think it is, you will need a private crafting station. Either one in a droid or one in someone's private house. The ones in the city will not work for this.

If you go to 48 -4848 (or was it 49 -4949?) on Tatooine, Ahazi (near anchorhead), I sell rating 13+ crafting tools of all types on a vendor. While they may not be the UBER max of 15, they do the job and they are priced at 2.5k, and in the medium house next door there is somecrafting stations you are more than welcome to use. Just keep an eye out for my cat.
