Ok, I'm really excited about getting Novice DE so I'm macro grinding so I can hurry up and enjoy droid making!

This is my problem though, I'm not rich and I can't afford to waste resources but my macro seems to be bugged. It's wasting resources and sometimes not giving me xp.

I'm using the same macro that the person who posted how to grind through DE is using. I am using seven crafting tools and pausing for 3-4 seconds to load resources and to pause between new crafting tools.

Here is my problem though: Sometimes my crafting tool will take the resources, and either not make an item, (it doesn't pause and count down) or use the resources, make the item and just not give me any xp. Either which way the macro messes up I still don't get my xp.

Has anyone experienced this problem, and does anyone have a solution to this problem?

(I'm not standing near a station and I've had other people look at my macro and they say it's fine, I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated!)

Every now and again you are going to hit a critical failure, and every now and again your materials are going to mis-load into the ingredient slots and the item make will fail, but consume the resources that did load. Unfortunatley this is unavoidable. Either grind manually (no macro) or build up some cash so you don't feel the losses. As a crafter I recommend saving up for a power generator and selling the power directly on the bazaar to fund what is the most horrible grind I have come across so far.

My heart goes out to you, grinding the DE career sucks. Get the blue print skill first, and make seeker droids. Not only do they sell, but the XP builds up niceley. Plus, if you are on Ahazi server, you can catch me near anchorhead as 'Zimbu' if you want a help in game to get yourself set up with a nice cash flow.

with these seeker droids, are they only used by BH?

can you make them on the 1st blue print stage?

also, do you know what they require?

Oh forgot about the MA parts, but if you get MA as well you can sell MA components to the other DE's too, plus all the components for your later droids. If you are low on cash, I recommend keeping MA!!!
