Thread: Wondring if I should be a DE

I'm thinking of grinding my way to Master DE. I think it looks kinda cool.
I have to drop some merchant skills tho. They aint fun but they sure are handy when you wanna sell stuff. And I wont drop architect. I wont drop master artisan either couse I need to much of subcomponentes from the master skill (just so thats said

)I started on the grind even and is a 0-0-1-2 DE atm. But grinding aint cool. It bores the hell outta me. But when I saw next publish with combat droids I thought that now I'll just have to stand that friggen grind couse that looked just to cool not to make those. Even tho their to be lvl 10 
But, everything droid "Invasion" brought was double capacity on Batteries eh? so I got all you guys got from the droid "invasion" since I'm artisan eh? lol 
Anyway, I've been reading a lill on these forums. And,... what am I not getting? Theres no combat droids atm. Whole "droid Invasion" was just bollocks eh? Will there be any "Invasion"? Next publish? What, when, where?
I need a lill more motivation to stand the grind then MEDand BH Droids with 10 items(!) storage compartementsand crafting stations. I think.

I'll be honest, becoming a DE because it seem's cool isn't a good idea. Doing it as a lark means you aren't too committed to it, and being so has the very definite effect of making the work of the committed DEs harder. I don't know you, I am not making any sort of personal attack here, I just know people. A person not too caring about DE can easily spread misinformation, and that makes my work that much harder. Not only do we have to fight the misinformation from above, we have to combat what "another DE told me" The chances of you being a good DE are slim if you are really dreading the grind. It's a horrible grind.
