Thread: Question from Non-DE regarding Looted DE jacket...

Hey All...
I'm a non-DE (Smuggler/Rifleman) and never been to your forum before. I looted a jacket the other night that had skill Droid Experimentation +2. I saw a DE in coronet and asked him about it and he said he didnt think it was worth much because most people do not experiment on droids. So before I destroy it or give it away, I thought I would get a second opinion from the DE forum. Is it worth anything?

It's worth something...not as much as a Weapon Experimentation tape (/beg need more on Scylla /endbeg) but you could probably get a good 10-30k for it from a DE, no more than that. Still, that's not nothing...I'd get it just to have it

I’d say your pal is right, experimentation is of limited use to DE’s. However, I’ve still seen +6 experimentation gloves sell for over a million credits so I’d say you should still be able to get someone to part with ¼ mill for it.
