Nearly Master DE, 6 days and grinding.

My observations of what sells.

Advanced Probot Medium Armour 40% medical rating 110

Advanced R2 medical rating 110, food/chem crafting station and 10 item storage, medium armour 40% resists

What does not sell well:

Seekers

Probes

I sell these cheap and they take ages to sell. Basically Bounty Hunters hate doing the investigation line. When they need to get to Master BH to get Eyeshot this will change I suspect.

My observations on how to get people to buy:

1. Use the 'Expert Droid Engineer' title. People confuse you with a Master Droid Engineer. Obviously you tell them that you aren't but you have made contact with a punter

2. Name all your harvesters '(insert your brand name) vendor at x y'. Free publicity never hurts.

3. Put droids on the bazaar and in the notes put the details of where your vendor is.

4. Get you droid to patrol outside of spaceport. People will notice it, and tell you.

5. Make sure your AFK message gives your vendor location.

6. Get your vendor listed on planetary map. Admitedly I haven't done this yet.

Hope this helps.

Expert Droid Engineer, Master Droid Engineer, know why they dont know the difference? There is none

If we were any other artisan class, your customers would instantly be able to tell your wares from a master. But DE? Who cares? Every DE makes every droid EXACTLY the same. A mouse from a master is no different than amouse made by a novice.

Now look at Weaponsmiths. Have a novice make a D18 pistol. Give the same materials to a master to make the same gun. And guess what? Its does twice the damage and is twice as fast. Hmmm. Makes you a bit sick as a DE.

So go ahead, use any title you want as long as it has the word Droid in it. Trust me, our customers know that all droids are the same and do not actively seek out masters.

Oooo....I'll have to try the droid patrol idea when I get my line of droids going.
