Thread: What's happening on Test??

Has anyone heard what is happening on test? Didn't get to check this morning to see if it back up, but late last night 11 EST, I believe it was still down (or up then down again)? Just wanted to know if anyone had heard of any changes that they inacted? Would be nice if they published the patch notes.
