Someone can tell me how to name them?
I mean with all the droids you have to say
Name (command) for 5 times and the droids learns his name

With c3po and surgicals? how the hell?

You currently cannot name any of the "talking" droids. That includes LE Repair, Surgical and Protocol Droids. All others can be named as you stated.

Well you may have seen a converse droid with a name... this would have been within the first two months of release before they "fixed" these droids to have personalities that "converse" instead of "program" like other droids.

After that happen... no one has been able to make them anymore... I mean that has been since August! It is really depressing to thing about that fact. Maybe it will happen soon but dont hold your breath.

treadwells can definitely be named. I named one just a couple of days ago.
