I've managed to come up with several of these through auction and didn't plan on using them until I find out what they'll allow. I'm aware that they're currently not working but I'm crossing my fingers that SEAs will get a passover and be fixed.

My question is this: Since +Droid Complexity is supposed to lower the complexity of the item during creation, thereby making it easier to get decent experimentation, will a schematic made while wearing them have a lower total complexity and in turn take less time to produce in a factory? It has seemed so far that a higher complexityschematic takes more seconds per item to finish.
